I'm glad with all of the people who are upset about this that someone decided to list it here. I too got my coupon, and since it was good (supposedly) until May 19th, I was not in a hurry to rush out and use it right away.By May 8th, I began hearing the news talk about the coupons not being honored.
I don't guess I'm as upset as some. I did not grow up on KFC. We had home-cooked chicken quite often growing up, and when we went out it was normally to a hamburger joint. I think I was a teenager the first time I had KFC - when visiting friends, they ordered a family bucket.
I hadn't been back until just in the past year - for their popcorn chicken for a snack. KFC is not in my normal driving area, and there are a ton of other fast food places before I ever get that far down the road, so I just never really end up there.
This was their chance to get me in the store and maybe offer me something that would bring me back as a repeat customer, but I guess they blew that. I feel like I have been lied to by the company and I'm just not interested in doing business with liars. After all, I can't trust any of their coupons anymore to be valid when I get to the store, so why should I drive out of the way to even try?
