Dunkin Donuts at 4090 Ma Rd., Bronx NY 10475- 5/24/09 7:21pm - my spouse and that I visited this Dunkin Donuts nowadays, ripped as much as the drive through microphone and also the audio below never works right. I noticed the man say anything I thought it had been 'Dunkin Donuts may I assist you to'? And so I stated 'two little coffees' I kid you not the following point the man stated is "think about them"? Therefore, I stated 'what'? The small man mentioned 'think about them' again? And so I stated 'what would you suggest', then he stated "what would you like me related to them" and so I stated "handle them". I thought whatever the people having a poor morning or he simply loves to fool around a little. I will get that. However I visited the screen to obtain my material and that I offered the man my credit card. He passed me numerous bags and also the bill and so I quit. Soon after I questioned my spouse when the man had provided me the charge card back. I really couldnot think it is and so I called back which man acquired the phone. And so I asked him "why-didn't you provide me my charge card back" to which he explained "what"? And so I stated "you noticed me", then he stated "oh did you abandon your charge card below"? And so I stated 'no-you did not give it back again to me using the bill'?"Why"? Then he stated "it was about the corner" and so I requested to talk to the supervisor since the first remark of "think about it" was today seeming to become a lot of for just one visit in addition to this man not providing me my creditcard back. Today I'd to generate back again to choose it-up. And so I requested for that supervisor which man explained "she is on her behalf split" and so I questioned him to I would like to notice him consult her to come quickly to the phone which he did and she found the telephone. I told the girl exactly what the guy believed to me in the push-up which he likewise held my creditcard back. She stated "the man behind you was beeping at you since we were displaying your charge card from the drive through screen". I didnot notice any beeping but I'd stopped right close to the screen to place glucose within the caffeine and so I requested 'why-didn't you emerge and provide me my charge card I had been available placing glucose in my own caffeine for some time" the supervisor stated' we just have 3 people operating' and so I informed her that as supervisor she must have run my card out in my experience and that I questioned her how might she I would like to drive-away in the end they didnot understand how far-away I lived. And so I questioned that which was she likely to provide me free for my trouble? She stated are available in and you will have 1/2 twelve of donuts. Therefore we returned and that I stated several phrases towards the man about his kidding around which he explained nothing back again to. My spouse started to choose issues today. My spouse did not realize that we were just loudly 'donuts' therefore she started to purchase treats, a bagel along with a croissant. The moment my spouse had set 6 issues within the carrier the supervisor stated "NO ONLY DONUTS NO TREATS, NO BAGELS" And So I stated should you would have provided me my card I'dnot be below! I also requested the supervisor why she did not correct my spouse after she selected the very first muffin, why wait til the entire carrier is stuffed to express anything? So then I stated whichever provide me a mixture of something. The woman there place 6 donuts in a carrier (there is an extended type of people) and that I strolled around and killed all of them in to the trash container with pressure so everybody noticed it! My spouse and that I strolled from the shop and I would like to tell you. We did not feel just like 'respected clients', to express minimal! This really is likewise my next event as of this shop within the Bronx that I Have created a to DDis corporate workplace! I remember following the first 'criticism' that Dunkin Donut delivered me some 10% off discount that I really could have gotten in my own regular round? Dunkin Donuts corporate workplace clearly did NOTHING about that shops horrible attitude.in case anybody may genuinely believe that it is me I'd prefer to state that I've been a Dunkin Donutes client in the 1980is well before all of the DD shops started to take up. Our level is the fact that for more than 20 years I've created 2 grievances. Nuff said
