Unsure who this criticism will. I do want to deliver it to some Sonic Supervisor. This fresh sonic drive-in on Dowlen in Beaumont Tx. Needs help. There support is terrible. They'll never reply once you drive the switch, which means you transfer your vehicle and visit another booth, the same occurs. I keep pushing the switch again and again, no body replies! Lastly I visit a carhop and have them if it's operating, but nowadays I acquired a supervisor. He explained there is 4 people working plus they simply couldnt anwer all of the calls. HI!!! All you've got to complete is inform us you'll be correct with us in the place of ignoring people. If it was the very first time, but this occurs all of the time.
I understand this is actually the next new supervisor I've spoken to since this location has open. The workers have to be educated better. If this criticism doesnt visit office at home, I'll consider this futher. Like I stated this doesn't occur at different sonics.
