Need customer service training

I visited the Burger King located at:

I was in the Drive-thru but decided to walk-in and place my order (BIG Mistake!) I was the only one in line and i notice the cars that were behind me were long gone. What bother me most. Was the women who took my order. The workder form the drive-thru ask her if she could take the three items at the counter she responded in spanish " sure go ahead it only the that guys". I reponded in spanish I should have stood in the drive-thru line. A few minutes later she call me to pick up my order. I inform her that I know longer what it but wanted my money. Her reponse was " that fine" Again, speaking in spanish " this guy no longer wants his food".

What kind of operation are you running there? I am proud of my Heritage but not when you get treated like that and her appearance, attitude and personality does not refect the quality service that normal I recieved in the past. This women cloths were wrinkled and had food stains on them.

I could not locate an email address for them. I also need to improve the web page, its a joke. The women I spoke to over the phone only could give me this number to call 305-378-3535. WHAT??!!

I ask her for a toll free number she stated they excepted collect calls.

Give me a break!
