There is a very rude african american female that works at this place, and she is an idiot and very immature... She has issues with female customers and belittles them as she wants... To make herself feel better. I have been to this place numerous times... Semi ok service, but mostly just idiots as usual who are rude sometimes and not rude other times who work at these places, as people who work at drive thrus have no manners or customer service skills period.
So far, it has been ok but lately, a female employee there has begun to be condescending and a jerk probably because she is insecure and has to insult females to make herself feel better. As of laetly, she has been very nasty to me several times... Or annoyed or what not and I would prefer to avoid her immature and stupid attitude if I go thru the drive thru. She hasn't done anything really rude but i went to the drive thru as of late, and she asked me "can i take your order" and i said "um" and everytime I uttered any word she replied with a very snide sick remark just to insult the heck out of me... Or to put me down... Remarks such as "Ok *giggle* take your time... If youre' not sure yet" "ok we have a huge list to choose from" "uh just make up your mind" but it wasn't like that...
She made these statements or worse ones i cant remember within seconds... As I uttered any word trying to place my order, she replied instnatly with something derogatory in a robotic way, just to have one up on me... And put me down... As I was about to place my order at least 6-7 times she did this all within the time span of a minute or less... Just to seemingly try to mess with me... It was basically "can i take your order" me saying well, and her not even letting me order then saying "well if youre not sure yet make u your mind" and me saying "ok i wa.." and then her replying... With another ridiculous statement... And doing this repeatedly until she finally let me order...
She was doing this in a condesending and rude way just to be a jerk or immature kind of like a kid playing a prank would do to someone and laughing as well... And as I went to the window, then she had to come and ask me a question... About myself... Which I wasn't interested in answering... Then her remark was "youre not gonna tell me"... Basically this jerk of an employee just finds it funny to try to insult females probably beacuse she is insecure or stupid and has to put ppl down to make herself feel superior...
It is so sad that in today's warped society— u can't peacefully go through a drive thru, place a simple order for something and leave in peace... You have to endure the crazy scumbag of employees that work at these places, who want to try to make people's experiences just hell, pick on them put them down fight them, do all sorts of nonsense... To try to make everything hard for them... This b*tch that works at this place, should not be working there... As she has no clue how to deal with customers and gets away with bothering them just because she's an employee... And u can't do anythin about it— if u talk back to these crazed weird people - they will get angry and insulted and do something bad to your food...
I cant even tell her— hey listen i dont want to deal with 'you' so leave me alone— because they will get insulted and then do something to your food next time you go through... You have to take their bad attitudes, and garbage just to get your food and leave in peace... This should not be allowed... And managers shud care about the attitudes of their bad employees and how they are treating people... But they normally dnt and just don't care and let them get away with it...
