I was eating at the Pizza Hut in Winslow last week with my fiance and other friends when another mutual friend of ours stopped by to say hello. He stated that he had seen our cars out side and he would never again come into this Pizza Hut restaurant if he did not see our cars.
He told us that his sister was poked and prodded by the Manager Rick Carter at the restaurant. The manager Rick was asked to stop many times but he never would stop. One time his sister was crying outside because she was afraid to go back after being touched and propositioned and was also offered to get high. Rick the Manager who said he was the owner with his mother (which is false) threatened her that she would never work again in any restaurant in Winslow if she did not come back inside. Our friend also told us so much more but I cannot remember everything he said and I don't want to misquote something he said. He did also tell me about this web site. This web site is the greatest tool for consumers I've ever seen since the Better Business Bureau.
Our friend also said that they were contacting someone this week regarding signing statements and them joining a law suit against Pizza Hut with other victims of this Rick Carter and other Carter family members.
I have lived near Winslow for about the last 10 years. After doing a little checking around town I found out almost every teen aged kid knows this Rick Carter guy is everything your usacomplaints.com claims.
While I was reading all the reports on Pizza Hut a neighbor stopped over that lived in Payson. He has a sister that still lives there. He was interested in reading the reports because he said his nephew was shorted pay about a year ago and never received a W2 form. They took his taxes out and never paid them to the government.
I would like to congratulate who ever is behind this. Who ever you are you deserve a metal from our community. From what I understand it was your web site that helped give the courage to the parents of the employees who have been shorted pay and sexually harassed. Most parents are very worried because they are in a small town. Anything else I find out I will certainly pass on to this web site.
