Dominos Pizza
Online coupons didn't work. Paid $6 more than I should have. Delivery driver/handler drove too fast or something... Pizzas a serious wreck upon arrival. Customer service has done NOTHING to compensate or fullfill the 100% satisfaction guarantee

I was contacted via email approximately 3 1/2 weeks after submitting a complaint about the undesireable presentaion of the pizzas I had ordered as well as the internet coupon not working properly and it costing me $6 more than it should have.
The email I received said the complaint would be sent to the proper department. I have not heard anything as of yet and it has been about 10 weeks.
There is supposed to be a 100% satisfaction guarantee.
I am 100% dissatified.
It isn't just the first issue with the coupon not working and the pizzas looking like they had been used as frisbees in side the boxes, but now the issue with the lack of customer service and lie about a guarantee. I have not and will not order there ever again and have spead the word to friends and family who will not order there again either. I'll continue to boycott. Their pizza is cheaply made with ingredients that don't seem to be of good quailty and freshness anyway. Yes, they are cheap. Very cheap... And you can taste the cheapness in this company. I think I will file a BBB report.
