Requested a product be brought in to local store... Followed up several times over 3 month period—always reassured... Spoke to manager—once more reassured... E-mailed company headquarters—asked for more information... Sent more information... Waited 2 weeks... No reply... Sent follow up... 2 weeks later, still no response... Now shop at publix.
