Dorve up to to pick up window to get order, sales person takes my visa debit card and precedes to pay for my order which was for a personal pan pizza. He arrives 10 min later and says he made a mistake and charged someone elses order on my card. He wants to give me a cash refund and I told him to reverse the charges since that was not my order. He tells his sales manager and she comes to the window and precedes to raise her voice as my voice raises to get a word in... She tells me it cannot be done to please sign the receipt. I refused to do so. I told her to cancel my order, and to return my visa. I left with my visa, no pizza and charges on my visa debit card for over $20.00. I still do not know how much the charges really were... I only know they tried to refund $18.00. The manager told me they could not reverse charges... And I said with today's technology it could be done. Customer service at this store was rude and unwilling to budge. I called the 1800 customer service hotline and I was told I would get a call within 3 days... It has been a week now and I have not received a call or message. My card is tied up for that amount which I refused to sign. Where have the days gone when the customer is always right? I work in a boarding school and we order many pizza's and have ordered from pizza hut... Never again!!!
