I spent some wasted time as an employee of Lenic inc-River Styx road, Medina ohio. I was wrongly accused of selling dope to kids because another manager (certianly a winner) overheard me confront a teenage employee for leaving a drug abuse implement in my car after I gave him a ride home. Good thing I did not get stopped by the police on my way home.
I confrosnted the manager who overheard this, and thus concluded-wrongly that I was supplying this kid with dope-wrong. Naturally she denied every thing and so, naturally I quit. Now Lenic Inc. Has docked my pay to minimum wage for the whole two-week period according to Ohio law. First off, that's just cheap and nasty, second-I walked out with damn good reason as what happened in the first palce was not taken care of and just plain wrong. So now I am out about three hundred dolars-for hours already worked.
This is not only unprofesssional, but just not right at all-I can afford to lose the money, most mcDonald's employees cannot.
Upon Lenic Inc's refusal to pay me-I just put in a friendly call to the local police department's drug-control officer who should be keenly interested in paying the local McDonald's a visit for what should be a very interesting sequence of events.
Pay backs are h*l, and I am sure the County Health Department would like to visit as well.
