I ordered from the company and the delivery was very prompt!
The charge to my Debit card was non existant, until I called and asked about it? They charged my debit card, TWICE!
I called them and talked to them about it, they said they would fix it. I talked to my bank and they told me to have them call the bank. I talked to the company again and they said it would take 24 to 48 hours to return the money. They return the FULL amount, not just one payment. On Monday they charged my account again and did the DOUBLE DIP again! I called them back and they said they would research it, left me on HOLD, too..
They do NOT have an 800 number, They will leave you on HOLD, for a while. I'm on SSDI and can't afford those Loooooong hold times.
I called back and talked to another woman and she said she would research the matter and get back to me in a few minutes.
Still waiting...
They have FAST delivery, but the hassles with Card, is going to take me somewhere else!
