This store has a very friendly Manager. His staff on the other hand... Not so much! Counted 6 tables empty 4 needed cleanup... Hostess playing games... Sat her friends that just walked in the door before seating those in line. Was told by a lady in red shirt that she was the manager! Not! She lied... Left the phone off the hook for 26 minutes... Finically the bar tender told her please hang up the phone... She got mad and threw ice on the floor and at the back cabinet... Said she didn't have time to mess with the phone... I volunteered to help clean tables to speed up the service. Ashley our waitress was wonderful... The only bright star in the place... My husband and I got our good at 7:56 and the other couple with us got their food at 8:15... What's wrong with this picture. I love Applebee's but WOW I was shocked and disappointed... Not the dining experience we expected Dixie Hwy Louisville Kentucky doesn't corporate read reviews?
