My name is Redi and I took my kids for dinner at the one on delco park drive, Kettering. Ohio. We got there at 1810 and our waiter got our order at 1815. I order the bourbon chicken shrimp and my kids spaghetti, and spinach artichoke dip. We got the appetizer 15 minutes later and after that the kids had their meal at 1840 and by 1855 my order wasn't ther and the kids were done with their dinner so I ask the waiter were is my order and he said it should be up any minute now. 1900 I decided I had enough with this so I asked for my bill and told him I will pay even for my dinner that Inever ate and wanted to speak to the manager. She came and apologized after I introduced my self and said I was only going to pay for my drink, I told her no I will pay the full bill, but she had to make sure next time this wont happened again. So that's what I did I payed for my dinner and walked away. She did offer me to pay just $2.50 for my drink but I payed the whole bill and plus tip for the waiter. My bill was $15.35 sa I payed $20.00 total included the $4.65 for the 50 minutes of the waiters time. I am not going back there again and I can go and buy my 135 gifts cards of $25.00 for Christmas for my customers from Olive garden.
