Poor service

I am very very upset with thservice i received it took over 5 min. For our food fries were cold and so was our sandwiches i took m 5 kids out for dinner got a great bonus at work and they love arbys it was a surprise but i got very disapointed sandwiches were incorrect i spent $22.00 that night ver pissed off
