I was at Burger King in the Nitro Market Place. I was going through the drive thru and the woman was rude and disrespectful. She had an attitude I just couldn't handle. Her name was Julie. Well after ordering my food I pulled to the window. She didn't give me my drink, then she gave me incorrect change. Then the food was wrong. I ordered a Whooper meal without cheese but add bacon. And the new satisfries. I got a Whooper with cheese and no bacon and onion rings. When I found out I went in. The girl at the counter greeted me with a smile and asked how I was doing. I told her that I had a situation in the drive thru. She took a look at my receipt right there and asked what was wrong. I told her that my whooper was made wrong and I asked for your satisfries. She said OK then went back there and told a guy to make my whooper right and asked what size the meal was. I told her small. I also said that the drive thru woman was rude and gave me incorrect change. She was polite through it all and told the manager about my problem. I got my whole meal again and she let me keep the old one. She apoligized for the mix up and before I left I asked her name. She said Shylynn but she said you spell it with a c and i. When I got home I found that she made my meal a Large and didn't say anything. I am deffidently going in at the Burger King in the Nitro Market place instead of the Drive thru.
