I went through the drive thru on 8/30 at store #179 in Rowlett, Texas. I made a large order and in that order was a large unsweet tea, which costs 1.99. I get home and it's sweet. Check your orders employees. I called when I got home to let them know and asked for the store manager. The store manager never came to the phone and I stayed on hold over 12 minutes. I hung up and thought I would call back later. I called several times throughout the evening, and they took the phone off the hook. I was going to call the corporate offices, but reading the reviews, I see they don't respond either. So, here you go. Another complaint in the black hole.
