I like to eat here occasionally and was there for lunch today and ordered the Bento box to go. I know that the bartender was busy, but it was a while before I was even acknowledged. My food took a long time and while I was waiting I almost asked for a manager to void the transaction since I needed to get back to work. The bartender was nice, but she seemed to get to me in her own time. I also had to go back in to get the bag of cookies that I ordered and there was an inedible hard chunk of cheese? In my fries. Very disappointed today. My experience here is usually great.
