My family and i were at the Maryville Shoney's known for great service, Wed. 10 April the night manager, wearing a plaid shirt and glasses, took the liberty of shouting at a dark haired waitress, in front of the whole restaurant, i understand that if you have a problem with an Employee to correct that Employee but not in front of a crowd. Not only did he do this once but multiple times. As if this offence was the worst part, not at all. As the manager cleaned up some of the tables, he slipped money off of the table into his pants pocket. I do not feel comfortable leaving money on a table at that restaurant any longer. We use to love coming to that Shoney's but after seeing how this location is run, i don't think you will have any more return visits from us. Thank your time.
