I am a former employee of this sNs location. I had to quit because the "manager"- I use that term very loosely - Becky Mulford bullied me every second of every day and I had enough. I was so stressed because of HER, my hair was falling out, I didn't eat for 2 weeks, and was throwing up at least ten times a day.
Becky stole my ipod from my purse in the break room. She told me good luck getting evidence, laughed in my face and locked herself in the office all night.
Becky told every co worker of mine that my husband beats me and our child (he most certainly does not). She told a large number of co workers personal info regarding MY paychecks.
I noticed large amounts of money missing from my checks and went to the owner/manager, Bob. He said, and I kid you not, "WHATEVER. You're such a liar. I refuse to look into this." I was lying? Funny how a couple HUNDRED bucks would be missing from my checks.
Becky would tell customers right in front of me its a miracle I can even tie my own shoes, I'm so stupid. She would tell co workers IN FRONT OF ME, "Make her shift a living HELL. I want to force her out of here. Be a bitch to her."
I don't know if she was paying them or what, but little by little she turned most employees against me.
Becky would walk by, grab the bags of food I had prepared for customers in drive thru, and dump them all over the floor. She'd tell the customer I did it (!!!), that for no reason at all I ruined their food. Then she'd close the drive thru window, laugh and call me a stupid b*tch, and demand I make more food.
My last night there I worked drive thru. Becky, myself and a few others were wearing the headset. Becky was telling another employee over the headset to scream and curse at me, that she'd make it worth her while. That is when I took off my headset, put it on the counter and said "Nope. Done."
Becky put on such a performance, screaming and sobbing hysterically that I was going to beat her up. Huh?!
In the office I said "You know what, Becky? You are a bully. There are a million words I could use to describe you - many starting with the letter B - but bully truly is the best word to use. You're the kid everyone hates because you steal their lunch money. You just hate yourself so much, you have to be cruel to others to make yourself feel somewhat important. I am done."
After I quit, on her facebook page for all to see, she was MAKING PLANS WITH HER FRIENDS TO COME TO MY HOUSE AND BEAT ME UP. I copied and pasted everything, sent it to corporate.
Corporate told me, no lie - "You have no right to bring this to our attention. You are a nuisance, an idiot and we will not tolerate it. If you show up at our store again you WILL be arrested."
So many other things happened that I refuse to talk about, it enrages me to think of. Becky Mulford and Bob are horrible human beings, terrible "managers", and bullies, plain and simple.
Do not work here.
