I pre-ordered a DQ slab cake 3 days in advance for a garduation Party
I ordered it online in order to get the $5.00 discount. The online add clearly states that there is a $5.00 discount (here is the link if you want to see http://www.dqwoodbridge.com/news_detail.php? Id=42)
I had someone go pick it up and they REFUSED to give their discount.
Are they kidding me? For 5 bucks? Not only is this false adverytising, but simply for the matter of customer service. This is the THIRD problem I've come across with this location in the past 2 years! The last time I complained, they didn't even bother to repsond.
That's the last time i deal with them. They are ignorant bastards and I refuse to give them any of my money! Ever again!
