Problem
My entre, Spicey Cashew Chicken was not good by the time I got it. It had obviously been sitting under the warming lights for some time. It was not hot. The rice was a solid mass requiring breaking up with a fork. The sauce had all been absorbed by the rice and so the dish was very dry. I can imagine that it would have been really good had it been served timely... The flavor was great.
I was disappointed since I have eaten at other Cheesecake Factorys and been well satisfied.
