We had lunch at the galleria cheesecake factory today, 11/28/08. Eric t was the server. This was a very busy day, but the wait was only 15 mins. The service was prompt and attentive. The food was served timely, well prepared and enjoyable as usual. We have eaten at cheesecake factory's in different states, and we are happy to report, we have had good experiences in each location.
