They are thieves and scammers

I have been oing through just too much in my life. Medical issues with the kids, divorce, and foreclosure. So I lost the house and they offered me eviction delay i had would have to pay $1097.00. After a while I moved with the kids to a better school district and I called them to stop taking the payments. I was promised that the payments will stop and after they overcharge me i called and asked for refund. Shannon appreared to be nice and said she will look into it. Then i called back she said the payment will be reversed? Then a check was "sent" to me with a refund. And finally she just said they won't refund me. I guess i could just walk away but i don't want anyone else to get through the same nightmare i did. People that are losing their houses have enough on their plate. Dealing with money sucking scammers won't make their life easie
