I have dealt with this company for 4 years, during this time they have tried to default my mortgage loan every three months by returning my payment which are made on time. I have even tried sending them via Western Union Money Grams and they have refused payments.
I am now trying to refinance my loan and they are charging me $15,000.00 in fees that pertain to late fees and so called interest on the late payments that they sent back or refused. Most recently, they took me to court stating that they were missing 1 payment which I had proof of. I had to request a refund since I paid my payment with a money order which of course more fees. This was in January.
I just received my money orders back in the mail 2 months later with No Address forward. How am I supposed to make a payment? And if I dont they proceed with foreclosure! When will someone stop these blood sucking thieves? Isnt there an Attorney out there powerful enough to stop these people from stealing our homes!
