This comapny from the time it swiched from Conseco has been nothing but a rip-off to us even when they were Conseco they were a pain they called my husband on his job before our first payment was even due and ask if we were gonna make the payment. I was wondering if a class action law suit has been filed against Greentree and if so I would like to be a part of it because they owe us money back and they are still saying we owe late charges from 2001 which I have the paper work shoing that we do not and we have also made payments sometimes more than our regular payment is suppose to be so there for I know we don't owe late charges we ahve been taken for a ride from this company and it is time for them to pay back what that have over charged us and I'm sure they have done other people this way and they say it is right you can't argue with them but I want to know someone is on my side is this situation if so please let me knoe if anything is being done to this company for the way they treat people and I'll be right there with all my paper work in hand to show they are ripping people off big time.
