David Franklin from fisherenterprisesllc.com stated on August 17th that he would be able to find me funding for 2 multi family buildings. He stated that upon receipt of the retainer of $2500.00 he would commence the process of obtaining a loan, AND if he could not obtain a loan for me he would immediately return the retainer. Within 2 hours of our call I signed the retainer agreement and wired the funds to his account. He then sent me a list of items he required. I sent EVERY item he required directly from the seller or myself that he required within 24 hours of his request. I then proceeded to call and call and call every day to obtain an update.
David either ignored my calls emails and voicemails. I kept inquiring for a period of 35 days. I then received a short email from an associate of David's stating they could not fund my loan request.
