I was called on the phone by Walter Reed and asked to invest in a company called Smartwear Technologies. After several more phone calls and explaining the company to me I invested in the company. After a few months I was told that my stock of Smartwear was converted into Applied Digital Technologies stock.
I was informed later that this company (Applied Digital Technologies) was being bought out by another company Starjanza.
A few years of more misinformation and I was told that the California Dep't of Corporations was now accusing Walter Reed of breaking California laws and was taking Walter Reed and others to court. I believe that Chris Ponish was also named in the suit. It has been a few years and I have heard nothing from anyone. Not sure how to proceed.
