I cannot begin to describe the stress these people have dealt me over the past year and a half, not to mention the lies that got me to the signing table.
In October of last year I called to refinance my home with a small amount of cash out and lower interest rate (10.75%) is mine. So they said let us check we will call you back.
Well they called back saying we can refinance you no problem. 2 weeks went by nothing then one day they call and say oh no we can't refinance you we have had to close our offices in your state so we are not taking any new customers. I laughed and said hello I am exsisting. Well we still can't.
They fed me lies upon lies so to just get out of this I decided to sell my home that I love and be done with them right. Wrong no one will buy the house for what I need to pay it off not making any money for my self. Why because of bloated appraisal (FRAUD) of $95,000.00 and my house only accesed at $52,000.00 so I am stuck now as of today they are going to foreclose on my home November 1st putting me on the street.
Thanks so much for screwing up my life Ameriquest. I have several animals I take care of with no answers and no where to go. Please some one help. P.S. Sent many letters to the head office and talked to there Lawyer they said sorry, nothing we can do
