Im 100 % dissatisfied with the customer service starting with the branch manager that didn't even get involved, nor was concerned at why i was crying desperately including the account executives they have no compassion, did not go beyond their ability to help me solve a simple issue, did not have any authority, false advertising regarding hurricane sandy in which i am affected. Allure me to believe that the funds will be available the next day and now i have to wait 6 days 4 funds to be release. I struggled for over 3 hours at the branch on the phone being transferred back and forth to different reps, tossed me around to different depts. With out any success in getting any funds released to me nor did one dept knew what the other dept was doing or does., the reputable technology of BOA is absolutlty ineffective, absurd, horrific, deficient and deeply regret bringin my large check to this bank as i will advice all my friends, coworkers, peers, fb, and tv media about the entire situation and outcome. Btw my son's birthday will not be celebrated on monday thanks to bank of america for not releasing any funds from my reputable world wide fire and protection company check
