$500 dollar cancellation or a $1000 de - conversion fee? Those pale in comparison to what this company did to me. If you are a merchant with this company beware, this is a horrible company. They have graduated to double billing in addition to customer service that offers nothing more than Stephanie Bowlin telling you they will sue you. I called to cancel and was greeted with "you are locked in to 36 month agreement" and you are going to billed $500 even though they didn't look at my account. I have a signed agreement by the President Marcheta Bowlin that says I am on a one year agreement, it's been 2 years and they are not honoring this agreement. My bank has confirmed that this company has been charging me twice the amount I should be paying. It's simple, they billed me and then did it again in the same month. This is illegal and nowhere in my contract does it state that they can do this. I have retained an attorney and I will get my money back. I suggest if you are with this company to not only call them and cancel, but retain an attorney.
