Wow, that story seems similar to mine! I also signed up and was stupid to sign a 3 year contract with this company. They get you locked into a contract with a cancellation fee then they treat you like crap cause they can. I also would advise not doing business with this company, I was able to get out at only $500 dollars and consider myself lucky, do yourself, your business and your family a favor DO NOT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
Their front or head customer service agent is Stephanie Bowlin the owners daughter, good luck getting anywhere with her. She has direct orders from the president her mom to take as much money from you as possible. I can provide merchants names and numbers if you wish to speak with them, as we have had this conversation. One way to avoid this mess is never do business with this company, they are more concerned with charging you their cancellation fee than actually taking care of you. Thanks other merchant for speaking out it motivated me as a business owner to do the same. I work hard for my money in this tough economy, to hard to have Midwest Merchant Services rip me off and then charge me $500 dollars at the end.
Midwest merchant services is a poor company and missed the lesson on ethics of business.
