I received a phone call on July 24th from someone calling from First Financial. I pay a one time annual fee of $299 and I will receive a credit card with a $3000 limit. My package would arrive in 25-30 business days.
Today is October 20th and am still without package/credit card. I have contacted First Financial who tells me they are a research company and I should receive a package from Parnelli Inc.
The lady, Lisa Kelly, is extremely rude and has hung up on me twice. They told me that my package would not include a credit card, but gas vouchers and a security form with an 800 number to call for the credit card where they would then ask additional information to begin that process.
I have called them at least 8 times. Written a letter to them which was returned to me by the post office with a stamp on it that said "Attempted Unknown." The address is First Financial, P.O. Box 142 South Burlington, VT 05403 Their phone number is 1-800-405-0445. Everyone that works there is VERY rude.
I have contacted police in South Burlington, VT, my bank, and the Better Business Bureau in Vermont, but we are early in the investigation and haven't gotten far yet. Unfortunately it's past 60 days, but I did go to my bank at 59 days and they didn't seem to know what to do. I spoke with EVERYONE that worked there as well. Nice gals, but a small town. These things don't happen. Better luck to everyone else. Please don't fall victim.
