I had Consumer First Financial contact me by phone saying they will give me a credit card with a credit limit up to $3000. And thei in connection with my bank.
I asked them question like this is not scam for a credit card to use in a catalog and that I will get a real master credit cred for a credit limit up to $3000.
They said yes" and I would be getting a credit card to use in their catalog too. Plus a free cruise too.
Well that was like July 1st 2002
I recived the consumer first financial package today July 24th. I checked it out and there is nothing there about a regular credit card to get. Only their free cruise and catalog and their type of credit card to use for their catalogs only! This was a fruad deal here.
I went to go call them and they wont even answer the phones at their consumer desk. So what I am going to do is this, I'm going to scann all these files and forms they sent me and send back the package for my refund.
They say for a full package return refund I have to do it with in 15 days top. So I'm going to send it back and demand my refund and for my money to be sent back to my savings account now!
If they do not reply and do so with in those 15 days top!
I will contact my reps, and the governor and senator and the BBB and the fruad department too. Plus I was told by my uncle that used to work for the FBI that they do some times handle these type of case if their is a good amount of people being ripped off by the same compnay. So I just may try to call them too. This was a fruad scam! Just to get me to join their stupid little cred crad catalog thing!
I told them right up front I dont want the credit card catalog thing at all just the regular master card with a credit limit up to $3000. But they lied to me to get my money and to get me to join their consumer first financial credit card scam!
So yes" I wont to join in on the lawsuite agenst them!
