I applied for a loan. Didnt get approved. I got my bank statement and saw a 35.00 return check fee because they tried to take 29.95 out my account. I didnt authorize this and didnt even know there was an application fee. Im thinking about calling my lawyer because this is a scam not only on this website but also on usacomplaints.com. Im thinking about a claas action lawsuit now because this is theft. I asked for a loan because i dont have any money. Why wouyld thgey charge an application fee. Im calling the bbb and my governors office about this.
