This company charged me 19.00 application fee and says they are taking 260.00 on 1-14, but I didnt receive the loan, got charged an over-draft fee and really messed up my account. I called

I applied for a payday loan, got approved and they charged me a 19.00 application fee but never received the loan, they say they are deducting 260.00 on 1-14, but i didnt get a loan, they charged 112.00 in overdraft fees and I called I got a recording saying they do not respond to phone calls they will email me, this was a recording and never received an email. Is there anyway I can stop them from going to take out of my account and I want my money back. I got three kids and I am the only sole support in this household. Please. Thank You Terri S
