My card was stolen and I called to cancel the card and get a new one issued. 2 weeks later with no new card I called to find out what was gong on. She said the card was never closed and no new card had been issued!!! That was after she admitted they had my birthdate wrong and my mother's maiden name wrong. I assured her my birthdate and mother's maiden name had never changed. The local branch would also confuse my business and personal account at least once a month, withdrawing money from the wrong account. I have banked with them for more than 10 years and opened up a new account with a different bank today. Good luck, US Bank with that current business model and banker incompetence.
