I opened a bill me later account and somehow they opened 2 accounts in my name (Their mistake). 1 of the accounts went delinquent because i wasn't aware it even exsisted. When i recieved a letter from them I called the 1800 number listed and the man i spoke with had me in tears by the end of the conversation. He would not let me get a word in edge wise, He was so rude and refused to let me speak with a supervisor. They have charged me late fees and closed my bill me later account after i called to complain. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible would not recommend.
