Let me give you some advise this company is a piece of shit it seems all of us are in the amr boat with this early payoff payment of 4500.00. The fact is they don't give a shit all they want is your money my big beef is they recieve my check hold it till after the grace period post it then charge you a late fee on your next payment. Don't you people understand these people are F*ked up and maybe we need to get together and get a class action suit against them. They are nothing but trouble.
I got charged a prepayment penalty and the were not the original lending company. Then the changed my interest rate from 9.0% to 10.3% because they said the lyborg index was up. Get off the pot you bunch of cons it should be going down the rate is 6.4 fools. Well 6 months later the rate will probally go up so i am refinancing with a reputable place and taking the prepay hit but not without a fight you bitches. The 4500.00 is going to escrow at the title company the to court sounf familiar everyone.
