Got a notice declaring they'd problem a check up on May 22 which the check hadn't removed. It got per week to obtain through on the telephone lines, I advised them that people never rec'd the check plus they stated, I am sorry but we display it had been shipped. I told them I check all our fiscal documents and we never transferred that much cash and do not remember actually getting that check. She stated that to be able to obtain a substitute check we'd to pay for a $15 charge to stop the final check. I informed her used to donot feel it had been correct for me personally to cover a check cancelation for anything I never rec'd. I suppose that does not matter. They claim they shipped it which I should have rec'd it. Excellent customer support. Therefore basically need the total amount of the cash I endure this sort of therapy.
