This company took my money with out my consent and has refused to refund it i did not fill out loan app. I have spoken to them 6 times over the last 5 weeks and have been told the same thing over and over. It will be 3 to 5 days but nothing yet. I really want to sue them for this but have no ideal where to start. I am on ssi and can not afford a lawyer what to do?
