Collect Fraudulent ATT Wireless Debt

I established service in 1998 and had a $200 credit limit because I was only 18 years old. My account was setup for automatic billing to my credit card.

Now, SIX YEARS LATER, TxCollect dba Palisades Collection claims I owe $648 for this account. Impossible! How do I accrue $648 charges with a $200 limit? How do I maintain a balance when I have a valid credit card on file to which they automatically bill be monthly?

I am all for a class action suit, this is ridiculous. With an otherwise excellent credit history, this account has caused severe headache recently when I was denied credit due to this active collection, which I had absolutely no knowledge of, until I paid $30 to receive credit reports from all 3 bureaus and I'm in the process of mailing dispute letters now.
