We had a lease with Northern Leasing Company - the terms were $135.32 per month for 36 months. However, the company took out $149.74 each month (something about insurance) although I have nothing in writing and even an email I received from the VP of Sales & Marketing - Richard Hahn stated the same term. However, we I contact the after I realized they continued to take out $149.74 after the 36 months I was advised by Marc Barbanell, Supervisor Asset Management,
I was told the lease signed was for 36 months but it was for a minimum lease term - what that means is beyond. I just wanted to be done we with the whole thing - so Marc Barbanell told me if I mailed $268.50 the lease would be terminated. I immediately mailed the $268.50 - my check cleared my bank account on 8-30-12 and on 9-14-12 Northern Leasing still took $125.00 out of my account.
Now I want all the payments over the 36 months to be refunded along with the $268.50 I mailed to Northern Leasing in August and $125.00 they took out of my account 9-14-12 - total of $2110.54
