On 7/11 and 7/13, I had been e mailed by paypal.inviting me to paypal and informing me just how to use my bill. I had been a little released when I hadn't exposed any account. I attempted several methods to contact them about that error. But wasn't provided any method to make contact with them. I tried signing into this intended consideration, but when I had no code I failed. None of the subjects under why I needed to email them match my scenario. So that they simply don't provide me a method to contact them. At that time I ignore it. I had been a new comer to the web' Today nearly annually later they've sent me " PayPal Yearly Solitude and Mistake Quality Notice " telling me how they reveal and check my own data. Obviously, I'm really disappointed. Once more I've attempted every method to contact them. It seems they can do whatever they need and never have to reply due to their actions.
