Debit from my checking accout

I finished a software with this site in the above list (loantreeadvances.com) to obtain a payday loan. Our bank account was debited a 30.00 software charge that used to do not accept. The web site don't possess a choice to not selected this method or to simply accept this option. I have to know what's required to complete to receive a reimbursement of the 30.00 which was debited from my bill.
