I signed up for the card offered by CCS for a $6500 credit line for use in their catalog a few months ago in June. As they said they charged me a set up fee, but over the past month, they have withdrawn $300 and $80 in withdrawl fees to my checking account without my consent, and my bank said there is nothing they can do about it because the company has my account and routing number, and I would have to change my account information to stop them from doing so.
I am currently in the process of trying to contact the company and beginning an investigation into the company's practices.in addition I researched the better business bureau's report of them and it said that there were over 900 complaints filed against that company. If anyone can help me with this, please respond.
