If you are looking at this report you have either already been scammed or you are about to. These guys talk a good game produce a lot of fake papers to look real, but in the end make nothing but a lot of excuses and demands for more and more money.
If you have been scammed and not getting anywhere report them to your local State Attorney General's office and to the local office of the FBI Financial Fraud Division.
I have received over 62 different people and companies that have been taken for anywhere between $50k to more than $425k in their fee scams. Do the math and you can see why they are doing it.
