American Express recently arrived having a new prepaid credit card named Blue Bird bank card. It's no regular fees with no purchase costs. Simply the only charge it's a $1.00 refill charge using their refill cards. The thing is they arrived with this specific card also it was offered through Walmart. Then following a small amount of time the cards were drawn from Walmart however the issue is they provided no additional store due to their refill cards. After calling National show they'd no solution except that I really could refill it through my bank account. Easily had a bank account I'd not require a prepaid bank card.
