I made a deposit of 3000 usd on 3/19/92 on my capital builder account in Fayetteville North Carolina and another deposit of 2400 usd on 03/20/97.
In these days, I lived in the USA and had a permanent resident card.
Today, my official residence is been moved to Belgium. I want to transfer my money to Belgium.
I contacted the Belgian branch but they couldn't help me. What is the procedure to close such an account and to get my money back?
