It took 9 Citibank employees to resolve one problem, their online service is so bad that when I was sent a brief survey to fill out about my customer service experience I was not able to log into their system to do it.
The customer service is ignorant, and do not have any authority except to answer the simplest question, the Manager says that he has no idea how to help me. Plus 2 of my Citi credit cards were in fraud not due to my fault.
