I looked into dept colsolidation, and found a company which I thought was repitable that turned out not to be.
After reading materials and talking to a dept counselor, I went with Stellar Dept Solutions, and agreet to pay them a certain amount per month.
They never held up to their end of the bargain, and I had to stop payment through my bank in order for them not to gain in more money from me.
As of right now, they owe me $410 from which I paid them to disburse to creditors, and $30 for stop payment through my bank.
I would like to get that money back from Stellar, and I would like to know how I can do that as well. I have tried contacting them personally, but never get an answer on the phone, and the email address that was provided to me initially not longer works.
I have tried emailing the two counselor that were assigned (at different times), Mike and Brian, but neither of them get back to me either, nor do they answer their voice mail. I have tried contacting their customer service dept as well, but no luck.
Is there any releif?
